Terms of Use
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern the private beta of Noxavelle, operated by Erik Ha Cong, Slovakia. Contact: support@meetnoxavelle.com. By entering or using Noxavelle, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy and AI Transparency Notices.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Every Noxavelle character is an original fictional adult aged 21 or older. Stop using the service if you do not meet these requirements.
3. AI companion service
You are interacting with artificial intelligence, not a human. Characters are fictional, do not have consciousness or real-world experiences, and may produce inaccurate or unexpected content. Noxavelle is entertainment and companionship software, not professional advice, therapy or an emergency service.
4. Your account
You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your Noxavelle session. Do not share one-time login codes. Provide accurate age confirmation and do not impersonate another person.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Noxavelle to create or request illegal content; sexual content involving minors or age ambiguity; coercion, exploitation, incest or bestiality; non-consensual intimate content; real-person sexual impersonation or deepfakes; credible threats; fraud; malware; privacy violations; or attempts to bypass security and safety controls.
6. Your content and AI output
You keep any rights you have in content you submit. You grant Noxavelle only the limited permission needed to process, store and transmit that content to operate the service. AI output may not be unique and may resemble output provided to others. Do not use output in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
7. Beta availability and payments
The service is an evolving private beta. Features, limits and characters may change, and access may be interrupted or withdrawn. Premium buttons are previews only; payments and paid subscriptions are not currently enabled.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address serious misuse. You may stop using Noxavelle at any time and may permanently delete your account from the profile controls.
9. Responsibility and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided without promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Slovak law applies, without depriving EEA consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
